Take a balloon ride over Somerset with a mixture of Celtic myth and coastal moors. Somerset offers the high-flying traveller striking natural landscapes, ancient historical sites and stunningly long views. A hot air balloon flight in Somerset comes packed with highs and lows, views of Cheddar, Britain's highest inland limestone cliff formation with the natural phenomenon of Britain's largest gorge and the beautiful Somerset Levels, a great swath of low-lying wetlands - the most important of their type in the world, home to many species of wetland birds and wild flowers, stretching away as far as the eye, even a bird's eye, can see.

Ballooning Network and you'll see the lie of the land in the land of lay lines. Our launch site is at North Wootton, between Glastonbury and Wells, whichever direction the wind is heading is the way the balloon will go, either way you will have the most amazing views.
