Welcome to our Wookey House, flexible self catering holiday accommodation  set in an area of extraordinary natural beauty; we welcome couples, families, small groups and our much loved dogs.

A refreshing balance of old character and modern luxury ; 3 School Mews is a 2 bedroom town house set within the newly refurbished Old School House in Wookey Hole, just a couple of miles from the beautiful City of Wells.

We aim to provide a luxury self catering holiday home for couples and families to explore Somerset and the West Country of England.

With 2 spacious bedrooms for either 2 couples or for a double and twin plus an extra single downstairs this town house offers very flexible self catering accommodation for 2, 4 or up to 5 people.

As dog lovers ourselves we understand the needs of our four legged friends so you will find a dog shower, dog beds and bowls and a secure courtyard garden. For those with small children, the outside shower is wonderful for muddy wellies!

Available for short breaks, long weekends and longer stays our Wookey House offers the perfect location to relax and unwind and explore one of our countries best kept secrets; Somerset. Across the area, walkers and cyclists of all abilities are well catered for, with lots of open access land and a myriad of cycle paths and footpaths. Horse riding, golf, clay pigeon shooting, rock climbing and caving are some of the favourite adventure activities plus this beautiful area is internationally recognised as one of the best bird watching locations in the world. You can walk from the door up into the  breathtaking views  from the Mendips and down into Wells itself, or day trip out to a vast haven of wildlife from the coast to the Somerset levels and moors beyond plus old market towns full of quirky features and historic riches all combining to offer a magical experience that has often been overlooked.
