Orchard House (B&B) - Chew Stoke
Accommodation > Hotels & B&Bs
Ann, Derek and Fay Hollomon welcome you to Orchard House which offers guest accommodation in the Chew Valley. The house has a pleasant south-facing English garden and dates back to the time of George III when the Bilbie family used the site for their clock-making and bell-founding business. A home-from-home, where we aim to source as much as possible locally. Comfortable, not posh. A good base for exploring Bristol, Bath, Wells and the Mendips. Beautiful walking from the front door. For cyclists Chew Stoke is on a Land's End to John O'Groats route, and on National Cycle Routes 3 and 10.
Orchard House has two self-catering apartments alongside bed and breakfast accommodation. Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens with electric stoves; additional freezer space is easily accessed in the garage. Central heating and other energy costs are included in the tariff. The two-bedroom apartment has ground floor access, and first floor apartment is accessed by separate outside steps. Guests can enjoy a well-stocked garden, and there is ample on-site parking. Fire safety provision meets all current requirements. Additional information about the accommodation is available on our website:
