The fourth Wells Festival of Film will take place on April 26-28 2019. This year our theme is "heroes" and, as you can see from the films below, the weekend is going to be full of excitement and fun.
The festival starts with a charity lunch at The Swan Hotel in support of MediCinema.
We are pleased to be involved with The Bishops Palace again where we will be holding our outdoor screening, this year it will be The Kid Who Would Be King on Friday 26th April. The Drawbridge will open at 6:30pm with the pre-show and film starting at 8pm. Tickets will include a BBQ meal and the bar will be open all evening. Ticket holders will be able to soak up the pre-screening atmosphere at the Palace and there will be a forge where a blacksmith with demonstrate his crafr and pre-show entertainment by fencers from Millfield who will be showing us their skills and let us look at the weapons they use: foil, epee and sabre.
