Model Farm Cottages are situated approximately one mile from the centre of the beautiful City of Wells, nestling in a quiet rural valley away from traffic and neon lights. Both cottages have fantastic views towards the Mendip Hills. The area is ideal for walking and the West Mendip Way runs past the farm.
Both self-catering cottages are one bedroomed single storey barn conversions with a lounge/diner, a bathroom (with bath and shower), T.V/video and a private patio leading to open fields. The Garden Cottage has a kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. The Courtyard Cottage has a kitchenette area with electric cooker, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
