Wells Cathedral has had a choral tradition for over 800 years. The choir sings music that ranges from the glorious masterpieces of the Renaissance period to the finest choral works of the 20th and 21st centuries. In 1994 an all girls choir was formed adding a further dimension to the variety of music performed in the Cathedral.
