Sadlers Brasserie sits in the relaxed informal restaurant at The White Hart.
From November-February it will open Thursday-Saturday only from 7pm for Dinner. Spring and Summer will revert back to 7 days a week.
Matthew Briddon joins Sadlers as the Executive Head Chef.
Matthew Briddon comes with over 10 years’ experience in some of the top UK kitchens.
He trained at River Cafe and then honed his skills working as sous chef for the Michelin starred Heathcotes Restaurant. He was quickly promoted to Head chef where he ran the kitchen of this busy award winning restaurant.
Matt says “we will run a menu that features seasonal old fashioned classics cooked with passion. We think Wells is crying out for a good quality, good value restaurant and we hope that the Sadlers will become a favourite with the locals”
